In Case of Emergency

If your emergency occurs during our normal business hours (8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.), after contacting the trade partner, please contact us using the form below.

If your emergency occurs after hours, our team will respond the next business day. Please review the specific situations listed below for additional immediate steps.

If you experience a gas leak, please leave your home immediately and call your gas service provider from outside of your home.

If you determine that the leak is not coming from your gas line, please contact your Heat, Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC) contractor.

Please use your discretion as to whether the potential leak requires a call to 911.

If you experience a total power loss, check the electrical panel to ensure that a breaker has not tripped. Please also check with your utility provider to ensure that your area has not experienced a loss of power.

If you still do not have power, please contact your electrical contractor listed on your emergency sticker.

If your roof leaks, please contact both your roofing vendor listed on your emergency sticker and Davidson Homes immediately. Please note that inclement weather may cause a delay in the scheduling of a contractor. Please move surrounding household items away from the leak, and (when possible) attempt to capture any water to prevent possible damage.

If you lose either heating or air conditioning on all units, contact the Heat, Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC) Contractor as listed on the Emergency Sticker.

If you experience a leak, shut the water off at the closest source. If the leak continues, locate your home's main water shutoff valve and turn it to the OFF position. Contact the plumber listed on your emergency sticker.

If you experience a total loss of water pressure, please check your that your water meter box in your yard has not been turned off. If the meter is turned off, contact your local water service provider.

In case of a whole house sewer stoppage, or a waste line backing up into your home, contact the plumber listed on your emergency sticker. Stop any use of facilities or drains until the issue is resolved.
