Join us as Davidson Homes' North Ridge community comes alive with ghouls, ghosts, and goblins for a night of Trick-or-Treating! Whether you're a current resident or seeking a vibrant neighborhood to call home, we welcome you on Halloween for an evening filled with fun, frights, and delights!

Event Highlights:

1. Trick-or-Treat Trail: Wander through the community where participating homes will welcome you with treats (and maybe some tricks)! Residents willing to join the fun, please leave your porch lights on.
2. Meet & Greet: Enjoy the chance to chat with North Ridge residents and staff, sharing stories and smiles that will give you a genuine feel of our tight-knit community.
3. Costume Parade: Come dressed in your Halloween best! There will be giggles and gasps at every turn with the imaginative costumes of our residents and guests.
