How does Davidson Homes' inspection process work?

Before your home is ready for closing, an independent construction quality firm inspects it at multiple stages of the build — foundations, framing, building envelope, roofing, and final fit and finish. If anything doesn't meet our standards, it gets corrected before the process moves forward. After corrections are made, the inspector returns to verify everything has been resolved. Nothing gets signed off until it's right.

What's the difference between a third-party inspection and a standard building inspection?

A county building inspection checks that your home meets minimum code requirements — it's a legal threshold, not a quality standard. A third-party quality inspection goes further.
