*Valid on Tours every Saturday in September (9/6, 9/13, 9/20, 9/27), from 2-4pm, that register with the New Home Sales Consultant and enter via Entry Card at any model home in the Greater Houston Area. 1- 50" Smart TV will be awarded per community. Value of TV is $500. Prize is non-transferrable. No purchase of payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. Participants do not need to be present to win. If the winner for any of the prizes are not present, they will be contacted via phone number on entry ticket and have 24 hours to claim the prize before another participant has the chance to win that prize. If the phone number on the back of the entry form is not valid or legible another participant can be chosen for that prize. No new entries will be added to the raffle after 09/27/2025 at 6:00PM.
