Davidson Homes Ranks #10 on Fortune’s Best Workplaces in Construction™ 2026
Davidson Homes has been named one of the Fortune Best Workplaces in Construction™ 2026, ranking #10 among Small & Medium Workplaces.
The recognition marks the third consecutive year on the list, with this year's ranking moving up four spots from #14 in both 2024 and 2025.
A Culture That Keeps Moving Forward
The Fortune Best Workplaces in Construction list is based on employee feedback collected through Great Place To Work’s Trust Index™ survey. The survey measures employees’ experiences across five areas of high-trust workplace culture: credibility, respect, fairness, pride and belonging.
In 2026, Davidson Homes also earned Great Place To Work Certification™. Ninety percent of employees said it’s a great place to work, compared to 57% of employees at a typical U.S.-based company. Employee feedback also showed that 95% are proud to tell others they work here and 95% feel welcomed when they join the company.
Three Years on the List
Davidson Homes first appeared on the Fortune Best Workplaces in Construction list in 2024, ranking #14 among small and medium companies. The company held that ranking again in 2025 before moving up to #10 in 2026.
